Plan purchases and per-invoice fees
Free requires no plan purchase. Pro and Elite are one-time lifetime purchases with no scheduled renewals. Current plan prices and per-invoice fees are published on the pricing page and shown again before payment. Verified prior purchase credit applies to upgrades. A test purchase grants only a test entitlement.
How it is applied
- A flat fee per paid invoice, by plan and by the network the customer paid on. The merchant's plan fee table is recorded on the invoice when it is created; the amount charged is the one for the network the payment actually arrived on. The current amounts per plan and network are on the pricing page.
- Charged once when the invoice becomes paid, in the received stablecoin at the invoice's recorded USD quote, rounded to the asset's precision.
- Never more than the amount received.
- Deducted from the settlement; not billed separately.
Network costs
Gas for settlement transfers is paid by Zenq Pay. Customers pay their own network fee when sending. No gas is charged to merchants.
Minimums
Settlements below the platform's current minimum settlement amount wait until further funds arrive on the same payment, so that a transfer does not cost more in network fees than it moves. The minimum is set by Zenq Pay, can differ by network, and can change; ask support for the value currently in force.
