Shopify (hosted payment link)

Shopify does not allow third-party payment plugins outside Shopify Payments, so Zenq Pay works as a hosted payment link rather than a checkout gateway.

  1. Create a Zenq Pay payment link per order — Dashboard → Payments & links → New, or POST /v1/invoices from your backend with merchant_order_id = the Shopify order number and success_url = your Shopify order-status URL.
  2. Place the link where the customer will see it: the order confirmation email, the Order Status page (Additional scripts / checkout extensibility), or a draft-order invoice with "Payment pending".
  3. Mark the Shopify order paid when Zenq Pay shows paid — manually (Orders → Mark as paid) or automatically from the invoice.paid webhook via a small script using the Shopify Admin API.
  4. Test on a test store with Simulate payment before using a live key.

Limits: no automatic checkout redirect; inventory is reserved only when you mark the order paid.
