WHMCS

Prerequisites: WHMCS 8.x, PHP 7.4+, a Zenq Pay store (test first), USD invoices.

  1. Install — upload nexuspay-whmcs.zip contents to your WHMCS root (adds modules/gateways/nexuspay.php, modules/gateways/nexuspay/, modules/gateways/callback/nexuspay.php). Verify the SHA-256 against Dashboard → Integrations → checksums.
  2. Activate — Setup → Payments → Payment Gateways → Zenq Pay (USDT / USDC) → Activate.
  3. Keys — Dashboard → Integrations → WHMCS → step 1 creates a store API key; paste it into the module together with the API URL and the matching environment.
  4. Webhook — step 3 registers https://<whmcs>/modules/gateways/callback/nexuspay.php for invoice.paid; paste the secret into Webhook secret.
  5. Test — open any unpaid USD invoice as a client → Pay now → hosted checkout. On a test store, use Simulate payment on the Zenq Pay invoice; WHMCS shows the payment in Billing → Transactions with the Zenq Pay invoice id as transaction id.
  6. Go live — approve live mode (Settings → Go live), create a live store key, switch the module environment to Live.

Troubleshooting — Invalid signature: secret mismatch or a proxy altering the body; re-register. Ignored: environment: key and module environment differ. Transaction already exists: a replay — harmless. Gateway log: Billing → Gateway Log.
